In the summer of 84 I discovered vinyl for the first time. My first two albums were Michael Jackson’s Thriller and Whitney Houston’s Whitney. Since then, I’ve collected music ever since.
In 1985 I began DJ’ing for a few public schools in Odessa and Amherstview as a service to schools who did not have an avenue for a DJ service. Word got around to the local public schools in the Kingston area and soon I was being paid a nominal fee for my services. Well that bug bit me and my hobby for music turned into a passion for entertainment.
In early 1994 I began working for Randy White DJ service based out of London Ontario. By the end of he first year, I was responsible for the Kingston and area branch for Randy White. I worked for Randy until April 2000 when I moved to Ottawa to further my retail career.
When I returned to Kingston in 2006, I met a very funny guy named Chico! I offered my services to Chico & The Machine. Since 2007, I’ve had the privilege of working along side 2 of the most awesome DJ’s Kingston has. Bob & Chico have treated me like family and it feels good to be “home”!
For the past 25 years I have DJ’d many functions including High school & Grade school dances, Stag & Doe’s, Private parties, Sneakers Night Club & Pub, Studio 801, Christmas Parties, Anniversaries and of course Weddings. There is nothing more satisfying than providing the highest quality of great entertainment.
My goal: Provide the perfect conclusion to your function… that CHERRY ON TOP!

I started my DJ career as a teenager at the studio in 801 roller rink. At age 18 I started DJ’ing at Stages on Sunday nights for the all ages party, eventually worked my way up to being a regular member of the stages DJ roster. I continued to work at Stages for the next 4 years. During the time I worked at Stages I attended Loyalist College in Belleville enrolled in the Radio Broadcasting program. I completed the course and graduate in the spring of 1991. After Graduation I worked part time as an on air announcer at 1380 CKLC in Kingston and CHXL 103.7 in Brockville. After leaving Stages I was one of the lead DJ’s at the COCAMO Nightclub from 1992 to 1996. From 1996 to late 1998 I worked occasionally at a club in Toronto called The Wild Rose Saloon. Since 2003 I have worked at the Grizzly Grill and for Chico and The Machine Disc Jockey Service.
